Kitchen Ventilation Canopies
Manufactured in accordance with HVCA Specification DW/172, KVP supply bespoke kitchen ventilation canopies to suit individual site requirements.
Air flows are carefully calculated in accordance with Section 5, Method 1 (Thermal Convection Method) of DW/172. Filters are selected on the airflow calculated ensuring the resistance through the filter bank is correct.
Integral lighting is provided rated to IP55 in the form of economy bulkhead fittings or superior recessed fluorescent luminaires.
Canopies can be provided with integral an make-up air facility and spot cooling personal nozzle diffusers for kitchen staff.
